Exhibition Schedule：
(1)Decoration Time:
May, 5th, 2010, 13:00 am -18:00pm (Only for Exhibitors who book the Space Only Booth)
May, 6th, 2010, 8:00 am - 21:00 pm (for all exhibitors)
Exhibitors who booked the Space Only Booth need to ask Decorator Company to handle decoration procedure ahead of schedule, if you can not finished at 21:00pm on 6th, you need to declare the overtime work to the organizing committee before 15:30pm on 6th. Overtime pay is 2,500 RMB per hour .Less than an hour in accordance with one hour costs. If you not declare before 15:30pm, you need to pay 30% extra for overtime costs, temporary overtime will be charged double overtime payment.
(2) Exhibition Date (May, 7th -9th, 2010)
8:30am (opening)—9:00（ Only for exhibitors）
(Exhibitors must enter the Exhibition Hall on time; every booth must be one person at the present, in order to avoid losing products)
Visit time: 9:00am—16:00pm (only for visitors)
Close time: 16:00pm.—prohibit visitors enter (site-cleaning)
16:30pm— Close ( cut off the power)
Note: Exhibition hall is not closed during lunch time.
(3)Dismantle
May, 9th, 15:00pm—21:00pm (must be finished before 21:00pm)
Note: committee shall not handle dismantle procedure before 12:00am on 9th)
In order to maintain the overall image of the Exhibition, Dismantle in advance is prohibited.
