1. Exhibitors must have valid hygienic license, business license and products approval documents;
2. After choosing a booth type, please fill in the “Exhibition Application Form” and stamp it. Then fax or mail it with signature to the organizing committee. Stamped faxes or copies are valid. Within two days of receiving the “Exhibition Application Form”, organizing committee sends the Booth Confirmation Letter to you.
3. The Organizing Committee insists on the principle: Paid First, Served First.
Notes:
1. The exhibitor must follow the Expo's regulations during the Expo. Forbid to show the infringing fake products, relet or transfer the booth, cancel the booth before the ending of the Expo.
2. Within 7 days of the signature of contract, the payment needs to be remitted to the designated account (on failure to pay within the time period, the organizing committee reserves the right to change the reserved booth. Exhibitors can’t cancel, reduce or relet the booths to others. (Full payment or deposit)
3. The exhibition company must make sure that the products match with the theme of the Expo. Otherwise we have the right to confiscate the products.
4. The organizing committee reserves the right to make changes with respect to booths for the sake of overall efficiency of exhibition.
